With the holiday season now underway, and the added stressors that it often brings, I’m hoping you can all find ways to bring some sense of joy and comfort into your life, however that may be. Music has always been my go-to for this, and I have plenty of great new and archival releases to share on this episode that have brought their fair share of mystifying joy over the past few weeks. I’m quite certain that the majority of this you would NOT want to use as a soundtrack for your next holiday gathering, but please let me know if you do. I’d love to hear how your Grandma Betty or Uncle Frank responds to something like Francois Dufrêne or Organum.
