Welcome to Free Form Freakout’s new weekly Stay-at-Home Edition. With access to the KMSU studios being restricted for the time being and with Gov. Walz providing us with his invaluable press conferences during our usual 2 o’clock afternoon time slot, I thought this would be a good opportunity to attempt to learn some new home recording skills and to continue to share music that I’m excited about and that’s, quite frankly, providing me with a much-needed escape right now. It’s going to sound a bit more lo-fi, a bit more clunky, and a bit more breathy, but I’m hoping you’ll find some value in these shows during this interim period of time. Like everyone out there, I look forward to things returning to some semblance of “normal” in the near future. When that happens, and it will, FFF will resume its usual weekly studio meet-ups that have been going on for over 15 years. For now, in the words of Prairie Clamor, let’s all “Keep Plowin’ On!!”
