Welcome to the seventh episode of the Stay-at-Home Edition of Free Form Freakout. I hope you’ve all had a decent week. The sun has been shining here, but it’s been unseasonably cold. I got word that Free Form Freakout will likely be able to return to the actual KMSU airwaves at our usual Thursday time slot here in the next week or two, so I may be changing things up and getting back to the typical bi-monthly podcast format that I’ve been doing for years prior to this recent lockdown. You’ll still be able to hear archived installments of the weekly show through Radio Free America once we transition back. I’ll keep you posted for sure, as I do plan to produce just a few more of these shows.
On this installment, I played some new sounds, marked the sad passing of Florian Schneider of Kraftwerk, and spun a few records that were inspired by that massive Jim O’Rourke interview that appeared in the Tone Glow newsletter this week. Hope you enjoy. Feel free to get in touch if you have any comments or questions.
